Excellent hydration belt, no bounce, no fuss, featherweight
First a little hydration history (you can skip to the bottom if you just want the belt review):I probably own 10 different hydration belts, 4 different packs and 1 hand held. I tried the handheld thing but hated getting sweaty palms while holding the bottle and did not like the weight of the bottle and water which inhibited my arm swing. I use a pack only on long trail runs 10 miles + where I need to carry food and clothing in addition to plenty of water. For runs less than an hour, I use a hydration belt. I have a large hydration belt that carries (2) 16 oz bottles, this gets too heavy and really sags unless you cinch down a lot. I only use this while hiking not running. I have several single bottle hydration belts that carry a standard water bottle (16 - 20 oz) those are fine but can bounce depending on the brand and your body type. Again, you have to cinch down really tight at first when the bottle is full to prevent any bounce. Everyone will have their own experience due to their body type, I'm very lean without any hips so cinching down is a must for me or the belt will bounce or end up around my ankles.I have used the Camelbak Arc2, (1st addition) which carries (2) 10oz bottles for a couple of years until it finally showed signs of wear and tear. This has been my go to belt for runs less than an hour. The water bottle design is excellent with an easy clean valve and snap in bottle carrier. I've never had a bottle fall out on me even in the most challenging terrain. My problem with the Arc2 is that the small packet in the center of the belt barely carried my slim wallet and food bar. I also didn't like the Velcro belt attachment or the sizing of the belt which I found way off. The pocket also trapped a lot of moisture, sweat and heat. This is generally unavoidable until you look at the SpeedDemon design.Nathan SpeedDemon belt:A couple of stand out features that need mention. The belt buckle is great, you can easily take it off and on and wear it loose or tight. You can also adjust it to fit over several base layers or right up against your skin. The flexibility in size is excellent. The metal 'pivot' in the back does 2 great things, it will cant and adjust to your hip angle and it is will not trap heat in the center of your back and get sweaty. Not well documented but the accessory pouches on the belt are Removable!! and you can slide them towards the front or back. It will easily carry an iPhone 6+ or other large screened device. The pill pouch can be taken off as well. Since the belt is a standard size you could probably slide or clip on other after market pouches. The belt is also somewhat stretchy so it's not like a seat belt, it will flex and stretch a little for comfort. The bottles are easy to clean and can carry 8oz each, I actually prefer the 10oz camelback Arc bottles but these are fine. I'm not sure if you can replace the Nathan 8oz bottles with their 10oz ones.Overall this is a fantastic belt with features not mentioned in the specs. You can strip it down to nothing or use like a tool belt if you had to.

Best 2 bottle belt
Best 2-bottle belt I have tried so far. i wear a 36 men's waist and have a few extra pounds in the belly an found this belt to sit perfectly, it also is quite adjustable in size. It rides higher on the hips in the back than most belts which along with the special auto-cant (circular hinge) that connects in the back, allows it to almost feel non existent. There is adjustable connectors in the front which allow the belt to be tightened to your comfort level however I find these loosen and you need to readjust before each run. They have built in a loop to fold the excess strap into which does help the belt from losening while running. It is light, fits snug, and moves with your hip on each stride. The belt itself has a center section that is mesh and allows air in between the center of the belt and your body which contributes to allowing sweat to evaporate thus cooler feeling than some belts. The main pocket is removable and just fits a iPhone 6s with a lifeproof battery case snug. My phone fits in with ease and so snug I actually don't zip the pocket while running. Nothing else other than maybe a credit card might fit with a iPhone 6 in a case. This pocket is slidable and can move from a directly front position 12:00 to a side position approximately 2:00 if a person prefers the phone to ride more on their right hip similar to other phone holsters. I find it doesn't move far enough to the right to interfere with swinging arms so that is nice. The left side has a very small removable electrolyte tablet pocket with a magnet clip. This pocket will only fit a few tablets, and nothing else. Since I do not use tablets, I though before buying a GU gel would fit but nope, too small. I ended up purchasing a Nathan small accessory pack add on that fits 3 gels. The bottles are 8 oz with the pull top style. I wanted more what's so I upgraded to 10oz Nathan Fire and Ice insulated flasks, which fit just fine. These also have the blast squirt caps which I prefer. The bottles also sit in the belt at an angle that a lot of other belts don't offer which contributes to the weightless feeling of the belt. i have had the off balanced feeling with other belts when one bottle is empty as well as the aggravating feeling of a bottle bouncing on a hip driving you insane on a long run however the angle placement of the bottle and the snugness the belt sits to your body eliminates that.I had been shopping for and fitting hydration vests as wearing a belt was becoming so aggravating, I wanted something new wasn't going to drive my hips crazy. I as so glad I found this product, I can't say enough good things about it.

Five Stars
This is the best hydration belt I have ever bought, does not move around at all when I run.
