Thought it would be a little more distressed. But it is beautiful, and heavy. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. So deserving for a first grandchild. Amazon's price with free delivery was a steal!!! Arrived fast, in excellent condition. VERY, VERY happy with purchase for our new arrival!!!

Even more beautiful in person! The black is a nice matte finish with beautiful distressing, but not too much. The crib itself was SO easy to put together! It took my husband less than 10 minutes total. All I had to do was help prop up the pieces as he screwed them together. After assembling, the crib is extremely sturdy and heavy. I have no concerns about the longevity of this product. I plan to re-use it for future children and hope to pass it on when we are done. While we are using this crib for our baby boy this time, I already have ideas of how to design a little girl's nursery with the same crib, if we should need to in the future!As for shipping, the crib came very quickly (less than 1 week), was well packaged and in perfect condition. The package itself is huge and weighs about 100 pounds. The FedEx delivery man was nice enough to wheel it all the way into our nursery upon delivery. I did open the package and peek to check for all parts and defects before signing for the package, as was instructed by Bratt Décor. As anticipated, everything was there and perfect.My only teeny tiny tweak to this crib would be changing the screw color to black instead of silver. But who even notices the screw color on a crib this beautiful?! There is also a sticker on 2 of the legs that didn't peel off as easily as I would have liked, but it was nothing a little Goo Gone couldn't handle.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the crib! I shopped several iron cribs and this one was the most reasonably priced and had the most consistent and highest reviews. After reading such high remarks on both Amazon and Bratt Decor's website, I had high expectations when ordering, and Bratt did NOT disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend!
