In 70-90 degree weather with no wind, it take about 15 to 20 minutes to dry well.

Can anyone recommend a clear coat for the black (wa8555) paint. repairing a rocker panel on a 03 black silverado.

I just did my rocker panels on a trail blazer with WA 8555 Paint, I used acne finish 1 clearcoat, it’s a two-part clear with a Hardner that you have to mix, I sprayed it with a gun, I buy it by the gallon. They came out pretty nice.

Is it a match for black c6 corvette?

Couldn't say for sure, but an absolute match for 2018 black silverado. It was a match for the paint code.. Best of luck
