Kids Bumps n Bruises Stick by Hyland's 4Kids, Natural Relief of Bruising, Pain and Swelling for Children, 0.8 Ounce

My sons knees hurt on occasion, its always late at night. I normally rub the Hyland's Bumps and Bruises in the white tube on them to make them feel better. It does work! Sometimes if his pain is extreme I will give him the Kids Hyland's Arnica pill that dissolves in his mouth. I had the same pains in my knees when I was little. My grandma would rub Absorbing Jr on them (it didnt help). My dad took me to the emergency room a few times because I cried so much, but each Dr. said it was growing pains or childrens arthritis. I don't have the pains as an adult, but I sure remember them. I also use this stuff when the kids fall and hurt themselves. No more bruises, it is truly amazing! I wish I had it as a kid. Im glad I have it as an adult. I use it on myself when my writing arm hurts. THIS ONE IS BIGGER THAN THE ORIGINAL and has MORE ARNICA, so its a better deal for the price. I have included pictures of both. I wish it came in an even bigger container!! I don't like the cardboard container it's a pain, you can't push the ointment back down if it accidentally gets pushed up too far. *UPDATE* I downgraded 1 star for packaging. I figured out that when I pull the top off, the suction is so strong that it pulls the ointment up. It was not accidentally getting pushed up. This is my HG ointment of all time! I have been using this since my babies were little. I have recommended this over and over again. You can use it on anything and it will take away the pain and accelerate healing. Chapped cheeks, hang nails, cracked skin, dry lips, sore heels and any bump you get. It is my go to. I keep it in the freezer and it goes on nice and cool. I have bought this so many times and always have at least three sticks in rotation at all times. In my purse, in the freezer, in the kids to go bags... I tell everyone about it! I just love this stuff! Not a paid review! I have bought every single tube myself and will continue to for as long as they make it! And one tube last FOREVER! Love this stuff!!!

My 3 year old son gets lot of bruises every day, he is a super active, he was jumping on the bed and then fell off, so he just got a very big bumps right in the middle of his forehead, it’s a large area of deep purple and black. I got this thing and only use it for TWO days, I applied for him day and night few times, his bruises turned to light yellow color and almost go away, I’m so surprised it works very quick for bumps and bruises, usually it will take about two weeks of his bruises to go away, so good I find this one.

This stick worked well for my 4.5 yr old daugther who wakes up in the middle of the night screaming with pain in her knees (very sensitive to growing pains). It is the only thing that really helps her pain. I myself used the stick for a week after stubbing my toes badly (toes were swollen as well) and it helped numb the pain. I like the stick factor sobi dont have to use my fingers to ryb it in, but hate the tube itself. It is like a push pop, but for us once we pushed up we could not get it to go down much, despite following instructions to tap the base. The lid is also poorly designed as the top circle popped off leaving it open and exposed. Perhaps a twisting action, like a chapstick tube would be better.

I do really love this product. I keep it in the diaper bag for when we are out of the house (we use Arnica Gel on bruises when we are at home). It really does reduce swelling and bruising! The reason I've docked it two stars is because I just ordered a new stick and I am SO disappointed in the packaging. It used to come in a plastic container, like a large chapstick. Now, it comes in a paperboard container, like a Popsicle Push-Up. (See photos.) If I knew that, I wouldn't have purchased it. I plan to return this product and purchase a travel squeezy tube to put Arnica Gel in for the diaper bag.My first Bumps & Bruises stick came in a Hylands Kids Homeopathic Kit, which I ordered 6 years ago (2011). That stick is 0.26 oz and lasted in my diaper bag for 7 years before I decided to order a new one (again, only using it when away from home), though that stick still isn't quite finished, so it may last several more months. The new stick is quite a bit larger (0.8 oz). I appreciate the larger size, but I cannot imagine the new paperboard stick will survive 7 years in a diaper bag. Hylands, please make this diaper-bag friendly again and bring back the plastic stick!!

Okay. I have literally never left a review on anything I’ve bought on Amazon (which has been thousands of things) BUT THIS! GET IT! If you have a clumsy toddler like I do that is constantly getting bruises this is a must have. He bruises very easily and this photo is from OVER NIGHT. Any other time there would’ve been a huge purple/blue bruise but I applied this product every few hours and this is how it looked the next morning. Just order it.

My daughter just turned a year old and walking to course going to get bumps and little bruises here and there but this stuff works wonders it helps seems to help with the swelling and also the bruising fairly fast and I’m not 100% sure but it seems to maybe ease up how it’s hurting her but overall for bumps and bruises for your little one I would definitely give it a try

It’s been ages. While I love the product and reorder it often, I also enjoy having it when I need it... or I used to.
