Good quality hooks and hardware, but paint is Horrible. It is coming off just keeping these in my tackle box. This has never happened with fishing tackle before that I can remember. Given these are about 1/5th the cost of a daredevils they really are not a substitutional good. They are also considerably lighter (20%) than daredevils if you fish deep that may matter. Took my "fly tying" Women's nail polish or put a light coat on them or use epoxy glue to cover each spoons paint, so the paint has some chance of being around a while. You get what you pay for, but in these defense they are a good buy for someone who is not willing to pay for daredevil quality, or just getting so old that buying the best does not matter, since there is a fairly limited number of years to use them. Not a bad product but plan on coving paint with at least the wife's clear hard nail polish and you be much happier.

Work well for trolling for northern pike and musky, and well anything that will bite. Hooks have held up to some decent size fish.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: These spoons are not as heavy or as long as they are advertised to be. They spoons do NOT wight 1.25 oz. They only weigh .70 oz. Also these spoons are not 4.5 inches long. They are only 4.00 inches and that includes the tremble hook. I am very disappointed.REVISION: I just received a new set of spoons which are the correct weight, length, and color of my previous order. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until after I got back from my fishing trip. But better late than never. Therefore, I have changed my original rating for this product from 1 to 4.
