So far the unit has been working quite well. Bought to replace a battery pack that had failed or would not hold a charge for more than a week.

Saved a 4 year old power recliner from the trash
My power recliner failed less than 6 months after the warranty expired. This was after the original power supply had already failed once and been replaced under warranty. The second time I called back, the store of purchase said they no longer had this chair in stock, could not support a repair, and did not know who the manufacturer was. Frustrated, I gave up on this chair ever working again because after several calls it does not appear there are business in my area that could come to troubleshoot and fix this chair.Not sure how I learned that replacement power supplies were available for purchase, but after some searching Google discovered Amazon sold the same model as mine, and it would not hurt to see if it was a faulty power supply again.With Prime I reasoned, I could at least return it. Was hesitant to purchase this one with only one review (at the time) and not knowing for sure if this would fit my chair. It is not the cheapest, but the other power supplies don't mention the specific model though the listed volts and amps were slightly different than what my unit read. Decided to order, Received it in a timely manner, plugged it in, and the chair was functional again! So glad I discovered this and decided to try. The chair is working again like new.

Fast delivery!
Adaptor went out on our loveseat. Called the furniture store we bought it and was told they would order one in, but it could take 4-6 weeks as they are behind at the manufacturer. I need it so told them to order. My son found this on Amazon, ordered it and had it in 2 days. Plugged it and and super fast fix!

Didn't know from the pictures that it uses an adapter on the cable going to the chair. But it all fits and works so no real complaints.
