Wonderful suitcase at a great price. Very light for its size, yet incredibly well made. Comes with many well-designed features. The one caution would be that it rolls so smoothly that you have to take care that it doesn't glide off on its own in a parking lot or at a check-in counter.

Love this luggage. Easily maneuverable and gorgeous to look at. I did have to check it in one day and after being handled by the airline, it became very dirty. That was a bummer, but I cleaned it. I’m sure it will happen again. I’m ok with that, I really love this luggage. I can fit so much.

Great suitcase, I like it very much and it is quite reasonable in price for a Hartmann. When traveling people stare at the suitcase. I am not the only one that finds it attractive

I’ve had Hartmann luggage for years and bought this to replace my old Hartmann bag that was showing its age after 15 years of heavy use. I was disappointed with the low quality of the new bag. The fabric was heavily stained after the first use. I had assumed the trim pieces were leather as belting leather has been hartmann’s Key selling point. The trim is cheap plastic. I went back and reread the description and it does not say leather trim but it does not say plastic trim either. There are many customers like me who are buying on hartmann’s reputation and are making assumptions that the quality of older products is still there in their new luggage. If I could return it, I would. I’ll keep using it for now but I expect it will end up in a dumpster by the end of the year.Edit: originally I gave this 2 stars. Used the suitcase for another trip and it is stained further. The tan coloring on the fake leather trim is wearing off too. Hartmann used to make high quality products but this thing is junk.

Very pleased with this carry on. Smooth and sturdy wheels and telescopic handle. Nice leather accents. Updated classic look. The TSA approved lock is attractive albeit a bit cumbersome.

The bag packed well for a 2-week European vacation. I especially like the two outside pocket - one very shallow and one very deep. The outside pockets were the selling points for me. Another positive point is that the bag is very deep. However, i was not satisfied at all with it's rolling ability. I couldn't glide the bag through the airport, instead I had to pull it and still the wheels were only adequate. I expected Hartman to be way above the inexpensive designer labels found at popular outlet stores, which easily move through airports and along streets.

Nice Suitcase - roomy and easy to pack. The only issue are the wheels. The suitcase does not seem equally balanced to roll on the wheels. It keeps twisting to a different side when you are rolling it. Even when it is not very full. Still has the same problems. Otherwise nice case.

Great size with expansion capability for more than overnight travel.Had to downgrade the review of this product. When used for the first time on a return flight, the luggage was soiled with a grease-like substance, which went unnoticed until the following day. The fabric used in this product is NOT stain resistant. Direct contact with the manufacturer was jokingly unsuccessful, multiple emails with misinformation.It's a attractive, functional case, but if there were an opportunity to return the unused first 2 pieces purchased for a complete refund, I would, trash this 3rd piece and start over with another brand!Photo on right is the case which has been cleaned according to manufacturer instructions, at least 6 times. Luggage on left has not been used.
