Very pleased with quality and function
Very easy to assemble, holding up and of sufficient quality that I expect it to hold up ongoing to my 6'1" 205 lb. frame. Really feel the workout in my abs, chest, and arms. Resistance bands are well made, add a lot to the workout. Workout guide included and expanded version available online. Even comes with spacer to substitute for the middle wheel for a better workout when you feel you've progressed enough to remove the middle wheel. I am very pleased with my purchase!
