WOW.... FANTASTIC KNIVES!!!!
(Smooth blade, not serrated) These knives must be the best value on Amazon bar none! The blades are clean, super hard, straight and very sharp since they are made from superior strength hardened stainless. The handles are crafted with care and feel strong. Sadly, since I'm a perfectionist the rivets are not flush with the wood handle and rub against your palm on some knifes not all and the balance is a little off as well, thus 4 stars out of a deserving 5. Other than that, we still love them and would recommend them at this price!
