Kind of expensive, but actually seamless

I actually got these to use like "cake cones" to put in a sheet pan to insure even baking of such a large cake. They worked great for that, cake came out perfectly. I figured they were more versatile than cake cones because i could also use the for canapes or molded small desserts, too. They are quite heavy, but I didn't find them to be overly slippery. Would have been nice if they came with a plunger, though. I just used a glass a little smaller than the diameter of the ring and that worked.

To be used for cruffins, bread, polenta (for slicing), etc. I ordered one 4 pack to be sure it is what I needed, and then ordered two more four packs for a total of 12. Looking forward to using these.

I like the sturdiness of the tins. They are also of a good height. I bought them for Japanese pancakes but also use them when I fry eggs. Don’t forget to grease/butter them well to prevent sticking!

The ring molds work well for shaping and cooking pancakes. I used them for making Japanese style pancakes and prefer this size (3") for that purpose. It would be great to have a handle, but I have been able to use a jar lid remover to hold the mold when removing the pancake from the pan in order to flip it.

Like size; similar to what I already had. Very smooth finish. Heavy in comparison. Baked mini chocolate soufflé nicely. Very easy to clean even though I forgot to spray parchment liner before putting batter in; just soaked while washing other stuff. I honestly wish they had a rolled rim that my tongs could grasp. I suspect next time will be easier to extract souffle if I remember to oil parchment. Will definitely order more and recommend to friends. My tongs are old fashioned so maybe I should upgrade those! :)

I am not a professional chef, but I do like to use good tools. These ring molds are great. They have no seams and are very sturdy. After I received them, I noticed that I needed a slightly different size, so I ordered the other size but kept these anyway since they were so nice.

My wife loves using these like they use in cooking shows. These ring molds keep a tight seal to the plate and make plating fun!
