It is really nice once you put it together has a lot parts and it’s bigger than I thought but it’s not big as it looks in some pictures you’ll need a little patience to put together but it comes with a to. If accessories and 2 little figures that are like calico critters this type of stuff can be pricey but for what came with it the price was good

Fragile
It came in pieces to be built that took about an hour to assemble. It can’t be moved or picked up because it snaps together and comes apart when moved.

Cheap
This product is very cheap. The “walls” are a thin piece of cardboard. Extremely difficult to assemble. So many pieces it was overwhelming, what was supposed to be. Fun Christmas gift cause frustration and tears for my 7 and 9 year olds.

this toy is “okay”
It’s a cute dollhouse but looks nothing like the photos. The colors of the items aren’t the same, things are missing, and the clothing of the characters aren’t the same. One of the characters also came with a broken arm, wouldn’t recommend buying this because of how long it takes to assemble.

Take your time, instructions are not great
This doll house is amazing for the money, far better than anything Calico Critters puts out for a lot less. So many pieces! The instructions are not very detailed so take your time and be sure to spread out the pieces. The windows need to install bottom first then tip in the top. Think about gluing this set for younger than age 4. Great set!!

Great house with lots of accessories!
I was a little worried about this house after reading the reviews, but I got it for an 11-year old and it is FANTASTIC. She likes to take it apart and rearrange it to her liking. It's big and has so many fun accessories. Definitely worth it (but I wouldn't recommend for little kids).
