Hi,The is excellent, very well balanced, high quality. I've used it a lot in since buying and its now just getting to the point of needing an edge touch up in some parts. The rest is still sharp.Shortly after buying I was contacted saying there had been a small problem in the storage of some knives which affected only the packaging the knife was fine. I did not care about the packaging so thanked them and kept the knife I had.That level of customer care is very rare these days and should be valued.Using the knife is a pleasure, it cuts perfectly. For anyone who has used a lot of knives, the balance and how well it sits in the hand is a sign of good craftsmanship. The knife does the work not the user.The edge has held very well, especially considering the fine angle. This is a sign of high quality steel and craftmanship in working the steel.It is better than some knives, I have ( now worn out ) which cost a lot more ( many hundreds more ).If you buy this, I hope you enjoy this knife as much as I do. As I said, I've owned and used high quality knives for many years and often worked in the kitchens of very busy restaurants. I do know and treasure a good knife when I find one.
