bought a 2 pack one didnt work at all one worked for 5 minutes and never again
(What is up with those other reviews? There is no app for this.. this is a just a regular 5mp CCTV camera. These cameras are the cheapest 5mp Cameras. They look nice. They are lightweight. They are small but powerful. However The first one never worked at all. I hooked it up in 3 different places in my camera locations. NOTHING. I have an ANNKE 8 cam 5k DVR that I absolutely love. (Which I already have filled with some 5k cameras and a 5k PTZ IP camera. So the first one didnt work at all. The second one worked. The resolution and picture quality was great. So after testing it and saying "Well I have a bad one." this one works great. I start mounting this one. Taking down the old 1080 camera and routing the cables. I hook this up. Nothing.. So then I check my power and video baluns. No problem there. I check the other side 100 foot away. Nothing. I take the camera off and then move it to another place where I can watch on a monitor. Nothing... I move it one more place.. NOTHING. I then check the recording of the DVR. I am looking to see where the video stopped if it burnt out or what went on. I review the footage. It turned off when I unplugged it and never went back on again. I plugged in all my older cameras. They worked fine. Checked the amazon listing to see if my DVR was a funny type or the camera was anything other than just a regular camera or to see if it was incompatible. Nope.. all was well.So two bad ones. complete waste of my time. Oh well.

Use the Web Viewer. Do Not Download the App. I do not want a subscription(strangers).
The service is excellent, The picture quality is very high, as is the night vision.Sometimes it would be nice if the BNC cable connectors were not installed., but came separatly. Customize cable lengths so there is just the right amount of extra for repairs. Not 50'. The extra continuous cable could then be used for longer runs. Every thing was there even batterys for the remote. Outstanding!

WARNING: NO POWER SUPPLIES COME WITH THE CAMERAS
Great cameras, unfortunately they dont tell you that they DO NOT come with necessary power supplies needed to actually use the cameras... Pretty dumb to sell a product without all the necessary parts to utilize said product... this is not an Amazon issue, it is a manufacturer issue which needs to be fixed...
