Pretty good flavor, although there is a bit chemical taste to it, it tastes like most of the commercial lemonade drinks out there. The size is great and it can last a month if you use it twice a day with 4-5 squeezes.

My labs kept coming back showing dehydration and my doctor insisted I drink more water, which I had a hard time with until I tried this for flavor. I now guzzle several bottles daily and have noticed improvements with feeling better. Great quality lemonade flavor. No bottle leakage so good packaging for portability on the go. My energy level is up with more water intake.

I have a subscription for this to add flavor to my drinking water. This is great stuff a little bit pricey but the quality is what I’m paying for as others that I have purchased from the companies don’t last as long and the flavor isn’t as good.

Don’t get me wrong - I love my pure water but even I get bored once in awhile. Half of my family is using this now.It taste amazing and no calories and it did give me more energy. My daughter-in-law just left here with one of my bottles. So I ordered more.

I've tried several mio flavors now and this is my favorite. I know taste is subjective, but I feel the strawberry flavor is the best one because it's less busy interest one clear pure taste. I do also buy the fruit punch flavor sometimes because sometimes I need to mix medicine in with my water and the fruit punch does a really good job covering it up.The extra large size is definitely a plus. Nice money saver and good to not run out as fast.My one suggestion for improvement would be if they could add a variety that has the caffeine but not the vitamins and a variety that is just the flavor so I don't OD on the vitamins and can dilute the amount of caffeine once I've reached my limit for the day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love the blueberry lemonade flavor as it’s not overpowering like some of the others. I don’t even even have to use as much as it says. Sometimes I get one small squirt for 33 ounce water bottle and it’s plenty. I use this because otherwise during the winter I really won’t drink that much water because there’s not as much flavor.

I don't drink any other caffeine, but I do drink this. It's just enough to perk me up and keep me away during my sedentary desk job. I consumed mass quantities of this while studying for the bar exam. I passed because this product staved off the effects of sleep deprivation.

This is my morning coffee. Every morning. I use a ten second squirt though, not drops ..as I add it to a 40oz container of water. I’ve bought hundreds of these and it’s what I drink all day . 1 -Stanley cup 40oz of this and water and the rest of the day I drink the berry flavor with no caffeine. Went from drinking coke and tons of calories to this and helped me lose 100lbs . Just one of many things j changed but the empty calories gone.
