REZCUE Zinc Carnosine + L-Glutamine Drink Powder (120 Grams, 8.47 oz, 48 Servings)

Bought this as it's got 2 important gut supplements in it, making it easier/cheaper than getting them separately. But the advert is very misleading. I thought there's a decent bit in it but the power inside is less than 1.5cm deep and there's no way it's enough for 48 servings.As for the power itself, nothing wrong with it. I've taken it 3 times so far and haven't noticed a difference yet. It's completely tasteless and you can take it with any shake.Will update this when I run out.

I really like this product. However I have come up in patches on my skin. I don’t know for sure if it’s something in the product or something else. But I am going to reduce the dose to see if it eases up. I really hope I can continue with it. No other review mentions side effects.

My symptoms are bloating soon after eating anything. Poor appetite. Sudden loss of gains in gym and muscle loss, although I recently did some cardio challenges so that may have contributed. Flatulence and stomach gurgling into the night which keeps me awake. General stomach discomfort. Mojo gone struggling to recover from workouts.Within a few days of adding this to my drink the discomfort/bloating has lessened. Wind is quite a bit less, almost none existent in the day now. I hope I will get appetite back at some point as well as get my mojo back. Watch this space!I award 5 stars as it is certainly working as described so far.

The product arrived the day after ordering - Only been taking this supplement for a few days so I wouldn't expect to notice any significant changes yet (and I haven't) but the powder is easily dissolved in warm water and has no taste - I will update my review in a month if I have noticed an improvement in my GERD related symptoms - I am hoping it reduces heartburn, acid reflux, and silent reflux during sleep.

The product has helped my guy so would definitely recommend. Taste, you can hardly taste it but it has a little taste. The container is a good size quantity and can last. No harmful side effects dissolves readily, simple instructions.

Effective product for assisting with gastritis healing and no doubt assists with many other GI ailments too. I have taken the capsule based versions of Pepzin GI before and I prefer this as it has no fillers and seems to work better. Dilutes nicely in warm water and tastes ok. I take one scoop in a morning just before breakfast and then another scoop before bed. Good product !
