Burt's Bees All Natural Outdoor Herbal Insect Repellent 4 oz (Pack of 3)

I was sitting on the beach with a group of my friends and we were spraying the usual bug sprays with absolutely no results. It was as if the sprays we were using, the popular brands, were saying come and bite us. Everyone was waving their hands due to all the bugs that were out for a lunch feast. Another one of my friends sitting in another group observed what we were going through and ran over with the Burts's Bee Bug Repellant. She looked at me and said try this. It was absolutely amazing! I sprayed on my legs, arms put a little in my hands to put on my neck and lightly on my face. NO BUGS!!!! Now I am seeking there actually enjoying the beach without having to worry about being bitten by bugs. The smell is pleasant but the results it brings to your little piece of heaven on the beach is so incredible. Purchase all that you can if you are going to be in the woods, on the beach, sitting on your deck or patio, walking in the park so that you can enjoy the activity you chose for the day carefree of bugs. The scent last a long time to keep bugs away but keep the can ready in case you wish to repeat the application of the spray again! Worth every cent!!!!

When I first received this product, I wasn't sure if it would work for me. But after some pondering, I am excited about this repellent not only because it is organic and has an acceptable smell, but I can use it on a leather necklace that i own. It appears that this repellent's "essential oils" ingredients will work on my necklace, which is specifically an essential oil leather necklace. So I don't have to apply it directly on my skin, which was initially a concern, since I am allergic to soy products. Yay! Hopefully the bees will stop swooping around me at the park!Update: this worked GREAT on my leather necklace. I could clearly smell the repellent on my necklace. The composition of my sweat must have included the repellent ingredients and the bees stayed their distance from me! FANTASTIC repellent for use on my essential oil leather necklace. I am glad I ordered the 3-pack!

Each week I help out at the animal shelter bathing various animals to help get them in shape for adoption. I have 4 rescue cats, and years ago I found out that this all natural Burt's Bees Herbal insect repellent worked the best on keeping fleas and ticks off of our cats. I created a special Saturday outing to take our church children to the shelter to let them share their love with the pets and to teach them about responsible pet ownership. I feel comfortable letting our children play and pet on the animals with this Burt's Bees spray because it is a safe product, and no one knows the long term affects of the chemical flea neurotoxins, on people, animals, and the environment. Natural is best! Simply spray on the animals after bathing, and you will see also, that it instantly kills fleas. Spray between the shoulder blades on cats and on spots where they can't lick.

Best product they ever made. WHY WOULD THE COMPANY DISCONTINUE something that so many people love? Could stay in my gym bag in the car year-round (in sweltering heat and freezing cold) and never evaporate nor melt. Hypoallergenic. Convenient spray pump (with no propellants). PLEASE BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK TO MARKET!

Only insect repellant i can use as i am allergic to most others. This product smells great. Works very well. Needs reapplying every hour or two for maximum protection. Love it!

I have a huge mosquito issue at my house. This surely keeps the mosquitoes away. Along with any people. The spray is thick and comes out the spray in a single stream. Better to spray in your hands then apply to your skin. This spray smells very strongly of citronella. It's very overwhelming. I don't advise you spray and doors ever.

Love this product. Safe to use on my pet- spay a bit on hands then apply to your pet.

I used it on my twins 18 months toddlers when we were in Vietnam. It works very well. My only complain is that one of the bottles head spray doesn't work. It's defective.
