Hot water with a bit of chocolate.
Waste of money. Kid 1 said it was gross and not worth drinking. Kid 2 added chocolate and milk and said it still was nasty. Kid 3 said it tasted like hot water with cheap coco powder sprinkled on the top.

Yum! Kid approved!
Super yummy little drink. My little 9 year old daughter loves that in the AM she can make a little “espresso hot coco” the flavor is good! Make sure the setting is set to the espresso shot. NOT the regular coffee setting. If you use the regular coffee size, the coco will be watered down.

Total Con not monitored by Amazon
Note this product was not eligible for return and also does not even work. Clearly made to sell quickly make money and then disappear from the marketplace. Again Amazon make the money and customers have no recourse. True buyer beware so look out for the returns policy and see if Amazon deals with the seller. The product does not even dissolve so after using half a dozen have grey water tasting of nothing. Clearly never even tested the product.

Great Taste - Fast and Easy
I received the hot chocolate pods yesterday and made my first cup right away. The pods are simple to use, same as using any Nespresso original line coffee pod. The hot chocolate comes out rich and creamy. I added foamed milk on top and it was perfect. I did add a touch of stevia, as I wanted it slightly sweeter.

Not the greatest but pretty convenient
This was extremely weak hot coco when brewed as a lungo cup. And even when I made the smaller size it was not very chocolatey. But it was nice to be able to make a cup quickly.

Smooth & Frothy Cocoa That Tastes Great-Can Easily Adjust For Desired Strength & Portion Size
These Cupella “Mini Chocolate” capsules are for Original Line Nespresso machines only. These function well in my Essenza Mini. Each capsule makes a small “mini” drink (as expected) given the optimal 2 oz size per capsule and the 3.72 oz lungo or 1.35 oz espresso machine options on the machine. Given no 2 oz option, using one hot chocolate capsule may taste weak using the lungo option, or strong using the espresso option. But it’s a cinch to adjust the strength and/or make a bigger than mini size drink. If I only want to drink a mini size, I’ve pulled my cup a little early on the lungo setting so it gets less water and tastes richer. If I want a bigger drink, I’ve brewed multiple capsules on different settings to average out close to the 2 oz water per capsule ratio. I personally like brewing 2 capsules on the espresso setting and 1 on the lungo setting for a 6.5 oz size hot chocolate that tastes just right and seems similar in calories to typical cocoa packets made with water.*The hot chocolate has a delicious chocolate flavor and brews smooth and frothy on either setting without lumps or a need to stir. I personally enjoy a mini using the standard lungo or espresso settings, but can see why some would find the hot chocolate too watery brewed with the lungo setting as it adds almost 2x the amount of contemplated water. Still, I like it as most hot chocolate mixes are overly sweet for me so I dilute them anyway. The espresso setting makes a rich and flavorful hot chocolate as it uses less water. Some may like it “as is” even though rich. I just add a splash of milk and think it tastes great. I also think it’s perfect for adding to my latte to make a tasty mocha coffee drink, and I enjoy making a decaf espresso mocha drink in the evening to enjoy instead of dessert. I like the Cupella hot chocolate a lot. 4.5 stars. Made in Italy.*The label (posted) suggests to me each capsule is just under 30 calories. The box came with 5 bags of 10 capsules each, and the label suggests net weight per bag is 65g. That would make net weight per capsule about 6.5g. The label says 100g of product (content of about 15 capsules) has 406 calories, so it seems each capsule has about 27 calories. But please check with the company if precise nutritional information is needed as this is just my best estimate.

Great pods if all you want is a 2 oz cup.
They also bleed a lot of water into the capsule reservoir after ejecting. Not worth the $
