Best Pool Ever
Best customer service team that I have ever worked with. UPS lost our package (the one containing the poles) and customer Rep Tim worked with us every step of the way to make getting the pool better. If we ever need a pool again, we will go to Capital Necessities. Fantastic company. And the pool looks great! It was a breeze to put together! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Seller was Amazing!!
When we purchased this pool, it didn't come with the ground covering or the maintenance kit. But, I contacted the seller and he was amazing!! Sent out the missing items immediately 🙌 well we had already bought a ground covering, so he refunded us for that and the maintenance kit was not the one shown in the description, so we talked again and he sent out the correct one immediately again. Come to find out, that the 2020 pools did not come out with all of that, but since it was in the description when we purchased the pool, he made it right!! Very thankful to Tim for making every effort to correct the issue and make it right!! I would not hesitate to buy anything from this seller in the future. If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would!!

Liner had a hole at the seam, replacement liner never given
This was easy to set up, and was packaged well. When setting it up, we noticed that the liner had a hole on the seam where three separate parts reached. It's where the bottom pieces of the pool meet the side. We were able to use the patch kit to temporarily seal it, but it didn't last. The location of the hole meant that there was constant pressure pulling it apart. It kept making the hole wider. Using heavy duty gorilla tape would hold it for a little while, but then it would begin leaking again once it pulled the hole open further.Spent all summer fighting with the manufacturer and the seller to get a new liner. Manufacturer wouldn't deal with me because I didn't buy it directly from them. They wanted me to deal with the seller. At first the seller said no problem, we'll send one right away. Apparently the manufacturer sent it to an entirely different city. I didn't get told this, or get tracking info, I just kept pestering them about it and they finally told me. Then, they wanted me to jump through all sorts of extra hoops to get "another" replacement, since they already sent me one to someone else's location. Like, how is that my problem? Went back and forth all summer and every time I provided the info they needed, they'd ask for something else. I NEVER received a replacement even though I started trying to get one immediately after receiving a defective product. I was trying to be understanding due to shortages, but it went beyond ridiculous. Friendly, but terrible customer service from seller and manufacturer. Avoid Polygroup pools!I bought this at blown up prices due to the pandemic, but would have been disappointed at half the normal price.

Perfect pool for a family
I am so glad we decided to get this pool! My family (including my 3 teenagers) love it! It’s plenty big enough for all of us to play and swim.I also had a great experience with my seller. They went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my order... they split the package so it could be delivered to a rural route, they reimbursed me for a couple pieces that had fallen out of the box, and have been so quick to respond to several messages I sent them. I am beyond happy with my seller!

decent pool for price, EZ setup
OK... EZ setup, took me 1.5 hours by myself,= can be done 1 person, of course 2 is much easier and can be done in 1 hour then, thats first thing, 2nd is quality not bad, pretty stable, not solid, but ok for purpose of a pool, can sway rails after fill, but not going anywhere,... lastly, I read many reviews saying pump weak... many upgraded tp sand filter... what i did is the skimmer portion needs to be half covered with water (of course) and the back feed I have at 45 degree angle AWAY from skimmer...so water circulates and a flow is directed away from skimmer so chlorine can circulate properly...the filter in the ALL IN ONE skimmer/pump is not the greatest..sand is MUCH better..BUT, you have to, according to directions, put chlorine tablets in filter, how its made to be...so I have 1 one inch in filter..and a 3 inch in a floating chlorine dispenser in pool...the 2 work great together...also I bought "pool shock" treatment, a case of 12...one bottle a week per directions (overkill)....but I use a half every 2 to 3 weeks...NO ISSUES YET....so pump is ok as long as you chlorinate accordingly (without overkill, red eyes etc not needed), and to me, angle recirculating nozzle away from skimmer to prevent direct circulating from already circulated water (make sense?) ...not the best pump, but before investing in a better one... judge for yourself first. ( but sand is better as far as filtering).. 3+ months out of the year tho, I can deal with it.UPDATE--- HAVE 3 MONTHS NOW------- still using pump/filter that comes with pool...note for those before investing in another filter.... water still crystal clear, gets 5 hours direct sun ( longer exposures is what can help algae ),, I vacuum with the vacuum provided every three weeks, since pump not the strongest, need to go slow, did the job, took 20 minutes with significant bottom debris ( 20 %),,,letting bottom debris rot and collect causes pool water issues...1/2 bottle shock after 3 weeks (probably didn't need it, just precautionary) had to clean filter, cakes up with gunk and back flow into pool gets weak, so need to be aware..i let it dry out a bit and tapped ends a few times slowly rotating, did both ends...then flushed with hose...perfect again....so keeping the pools water intake FROM pump ( the return) at a 45 degree angle away from skimmer is the key...my chlorine floater circulates around very efficiently. No need to upgrade pump yet ( make sure the return nozzle is half in/half out of water, again 45 degree angle AWAY from skimmer)) this is what creates a current for chlorine floater dispenser...keeping up the maintenance (top debris, bottom debris) you will be happy...picture wouldn't upload, but after first big maintenance (filter, vacuum etc) looks like day 1, and took total 35 minutes of my time for everything.

Value for money
Short words since the last review wasn’t published:Don’t buy from this seller(Synergy)cuz they will not fix the problem(holes in the seam of the liner)and you will be screwed out of $1386.00. I called it in May 2021 and found out July 27,2021 a claim had never been done. Expensive Lesson has been taught..Don’t buy a pool from them, buy from Walmart so liner will be guaranteed under warranty and it only take 2 weeks for one to come in . All I wanted was a new liner or 1/2 my money back..I received NOTHING but EXCUSES..

FALSE ADVERTISING - this product does not come with all the items listed
The pool itself was decent, but very over priced. In addition, it did not come with all of the items included in the advertising. Shop around.

Total garbage!
Second season and the pump has died. Liner is leaking at the seams. We can't get a third season out of it. Total waste of money!
