Wow. I've been making this flourless chocolate cake recipe for years and never even knew what a Charlotte pan was and finally came across this. This special cake is for a special wine dinner, so I wanted to look as good as it tasted. I thank the reviewers whose comments urged me to make this investment. The pan is a stout, beauty. I cooked the cake in the water bath, cooled it five minutes on a rack flipped it over and prayed...the release was FLAWLESS. The pan cleaned up in moments and I'm awed that something this gorgeous came out of my oven.

I do not do product reviews often, but on this pan and another baking pan I received from Amazon I just had to let everyone know it is an excellent cake pan. I followed the recipe that came with the pan, and it turned out intact when I released it from the pan. I showed my neighbor the cake and she immediately ordered the pan from Amazon! Thank you for a great product.

I have never heard of a Charlotte cake before, I was attracted to this pan simply for its beauty. I have other Nordic Ware products that I love. Made in the USA, heavy grade aluminum. I made the cake recipe that came with the pan and it was so lovely. The cake came out of the pan with ease and the pan is easy to clean.

I was very impressed with this cake pan, and the recipe that went along with it. You could literally top it with anything from fruit to cream cheese, and whipped cream. It makes a very nice presentation! The cake inverted effortlessly, and the pan is easy to clean. Super versatile!

This is the second Charlotte cake pan that I purchased. Kept the first and purchased another as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I use a simple white cake recipe, top the cooled cake with custard, and decorate with whipped cream and fresh berries. Simple and wonderful!

Best cake mold ever..

I love this pan. This isn't my first Nordic ware pan, so I knew what to expect. This seems to be the same high quality as the other pans I own. For the size it's heavier than expected, but that seems to be due to the thickness of the metal, so there's no concerns about it bending out of shape or getting dented if dropped. Using a non-stick spray and a light dusting of plain flour means that my cakes have released without a problem from the pan, and it's easy to clean afterwards with a standard dish scrubbing brush. As a bonus, it looks fab on my pantry shelf when not in use.

Love this smaller, elegant Charlotte pan. Beautiful presentation of any kind of cake. Made a luscious chocolate cake topped with whipping cream and loaded with different kinds of berries. Elegant presentation for my son's birthday. Received many compliments for this simple cake that was made beautiful because of this special pan. A must to add to your Nordic Ware bakeware collection. You can't go wrong even though it is a little smaller than your regular size baking pans.

Ottimo prodotto: in termini di robustezza, qualità del materiale e del design, con torta di effetto visivamente molto grazioso. La tortiera è adatta per ottenere dolci di dimensioni medio-piccole. E' la prima volto che acquisto prodotti della linea Nordic Ware ma da ora in poi mi sa che abbandono i vecchi stampi antiaderenti, che anche se di qualità alta, non eguagliano i risultati ottenuti con stampi di questo marchio.
