Philips HD7549/20 Gaia Cafetiere with Thermos Jug, Programmable Black

Bought it to replace our old HD7546/20 that has lasted for nearly 10 years, and here is the latest model out of the same range, with close resemblance and some improvements like timer and some basic coffee making technology. Tastes better than the old one, and doesn't seem to have an inner canister coating of the type that started to come loose (and end up in your drink) as the old model did over the years. This here is the latest 2021 released model so it's just a little sad to see it has low supply and constantly out of stock, or sold way over its base price of 75€ by odd vendors here. There is always someone to take advantage of low supply. Amazon was already basically the only place where i could get it and i was just on time!

Hemos comprado esta cafetera para sustituir una pequeña de Taurus. Aunque el precio ha sido el doble, esta tiene mucha más capacidad, es de una construcción mucho más robusta y sobre todo el café sabe mejor.Por cierto, para poder usar la programación o el reloj la máquina tiene que estar siempre enchufada pues no tiene memoria sin corriente; si no se quiere programar por adelantado o no se necesita el reloj, se puede desconectar de la corriente cuando no se usa.
