Good for other things than an IFAK
I’m actually using this for something other than it’s intended purpose. I needed a decent size pouch with dividers to carry various tools to do my job. I’ve attached it to a web pistol belt for I’ve found that works best. The IFAK is on the left in the picture. This is replacing a bag that I have used for over 10 years before the zipper broke. So far, the pouch is working better than I expected. So far I’m carrying 3 screwdrivers, 2 magnifying glasses, thread gauges, a tire depth gauge, a small pair of wire cutters, a notepad and valve stem removal tools. All with room to spare. The stitching and the construction are very well done.

A pair of shears fits nicely in the molle web on the outside
Bag is small, but I was able to get a tourniquet, 6" vacum sealed Israeli Battle Dressing, Naso-can, 2 Hyvent chest seals, and 3 pairs of latex gloves and one lightstick, inside of it. A pair of shears fits nicely in the molle web on the outside.Moving the tourniquet to the molle outside, will free up more space inside.

Four Stars
Very limited space inside for the size of the ifak, but extremely high quality.

Enough room for storing!
Good quality and fast delivery. I'm not very sure what the exactly function of each part inside bag is, It would be perfect if it had more instructions or video to show how to use it.

and you have just enough room to fit in a couple of gauze pads and maybe some smaller items like band aids
Had high hopes for this product, but it didn't meet expectations. The bag is just too small. One vacuum sealed Israeli bandage, one SAM splint, and you have just enough room to fit in a couple of gauze pads and maybe some smaller items like band aids, tweezers, and a pair of small scissors. I will say that there are cool features on it like a easy open pull tab and a quick MOLLE release system.Aside from that, this bag holds about 2/3 of my medical gear from a previous pouch while costing close to double of my previous pouch. I would not recommend this item.
