Pleasant surprise
I bought this printer for basic home use (except photographic printing). I'm pleasantly surprised at the overall package and the cost of about $70. It seems like a very high value. Text and graphic printing are quite acceptable. It is a little noisier and slower than our last printer, but then again that one was a business printer. Delivery was quite fast.

very bad experience
When i received this printer was broken, I sent an e-mail leting the vendor know and he said that was my choice to present a claim to UPS; which i did, after a while i contact UPS customer service and they stated that the sender received the reinbursament for the claim that i present; I sent another e-mail to the vendor requesting my money back and he never answer. don't do bussiness with this person is not honest.

Canon PIxma MP 160 printer review
The Canon Pixma MP 160 printer is a fairly convenient printer and prints quickly. It lacks the ability to copy documents more than one page at a time, since you must place the item to be copied flat on the document screen prior to copying. However having a flat document screen does make it easier to copy a page from a book or magazine that can't be done easily on some other printers. The color copying is very good, and the colors are clear and seldom need adjusting.I received this printer in used "very good" condition and it works fine.

No power chord included
I wore out a Canon Pixma MP160, and had to order a new one. I expect things to wear out after years of service. I ordered another MP 160 to replace the old one. When I finished the set up, I was told that the drivers had been unsuccessfully installed, and that I needed to contact the company. I ignored this and went ahead and tried to print a sheet and was successful. My main complaint is that the printer arrived without a power chord. I was lucky in that the power and USB chords from the old printer fitted. Just be aware that while the ad says "power chord included", this may not be the case.

I have had this printer for about 6 weeks and it works wonderful. Be sure you lay the paper to copy on the glass the correct way. It is just the opposite of the old printer I replaced.

Great product!
This is just like my old printer. I liked my old printer and didn't want to waste the ink, so I bought a printer just like my old one and it seems to work fine.

Absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY!
I could never get this thing running consistently. So many issues and headaches with this thing.1) The paper feed is so finicky and I actually had to hold the paper in place to get it to print correctly. Yes, I read the directions.2) It takes FOREVER to actually print. Anytime I print something, it makes its internal noises for 1.5 minutes and then prints. No joke! It's terrible!3) Blank prints. Every so often I'll get blank pages for no reason. I double check the ink levels and they're fine!4) Cheap materials. The paper 'catching' tray broke within the first month.5) Unresponsive- When it gives me an error message (which is often), after I follow the instructions, it takes up to a minute to make a sound that it's responded. For example, I click "Print" on my comp and after 30 seconds of silence, it finally moves. During that time I'm wondering if it's actually working.Note: It may say I'm an unverified user, but this is because I bought it in-store.
