Ironically this item stopped working just after the warranty period concluded. We had isues with it staying on to continuously warm the product in the bay.

I got this when it was a lightning deal and you couldn't beat the price for a quality product. Drain makes it so easy to clean at the end of the shift, no lifting and taking it to a sink. Heats up quickly and maintains a constant temp. When you add in that it includes a 1/3 pan and 4 1/6 pans makes this an unbelievable deal.

I bought this for my food truck. It works great and doesn't take up much space.

Bought this unit in September 2022, it quit working today 1/27/23. so 4.5 months and it died. not a very good product.

Used once for our Christmas dinner for my family (32 people) it worked great. Got it out for Super Bowl and it made a couple of crackling sounds and would not come on at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. A lot of money for a one time use and no ability to return. Sad product.
