Super delicious and sweet!
This cinnamon is incredible, so much better than the stuff made with cassia bark. Yes the flavour is a bit more subtle than other cinnamon. However it is much tastier over all. It's also quite sweet and fairly enjoyable to eat on its own, not at all bitter.What with it being in whole form, you will need to grind it to really appreciate it. You could use a mortar and pestle, a clean coffee mill. Personally I use a conical burr coffee grinder which I stopped using for coffee as I upgraded to a better grinder.I think if you were making a danish pastry or other kind of sweet baked good, that's where this spice would really shine.
