Still the best
Purchased this to replace my last Grohe, which lasted 30+ years. The new one looks great and functions as it should. The water from the faucet is very quiet and the pressure from the optional spray feature is very powerful.

Grohe excellence in design an build.
Exactly what I expect from Grohe. Excellent engineering, design, quality and function. When the water is running it is impossible to hear the flow at all unless the spray feature is used. That's almost a drawback because I glance back at it to make sure I've turned it off.The action of the control is super feather light. Not floppy loose light, but a wonderfully balanced beautifully weighted, precision equipment feel.Takes just a couple of minutes to install once the old one is out, and again the engineering shows as it could not be easier.

Poor build quality; rapid decay of sprayer function.
I have installed quite a few Grohe faucets over the years. Unfortunately, this one has exceptionally poor build quality. My first issue shortly after installation was low/no flow on the hot water side. The company contracted for customer service did eventually help me diagnose and flush out some kind of stone debris stuck in the line. After about 6 months of use, the sprayer started randomly turning on occasionally. After another couple months, it now defaults to spray mode only, requiring one to hold down the button to stop spraying to use it. A $120 faucet should not be trash in less than a year. I see similar comments about the poor sprayer quality and rapid decay of its function. I recommend avoiding this model completely.

Good low-profile faucet replacement for previous Grohe, but not the same.
After 11 years, we needed to replace our low-profile Grohe kitchen faucet. Hard water buildup impacted pivot range and every day use wore out the top rubber spray button. Due to space constraints, I wanted another low-profile pull-out faucet with a long sprayer hose that could also pivot between dual sinks. I researched many kitchen faucets of all brands and the search led back to Grohe and the Eurosmart faucet. Positives: faucet height, hose length, smooth pivot, gentle water stream and strong spray, price compared to other high-end brands. Negatives but not deal breakers: max 90 degree pivot, finish shows water spots, plastic parts, escutcheon sold separately. Not wanting to DIY, we had a plumber install the faucet. The one hiccup was tightening the plastic parts anchoring the escutcheon to the sink, which left a small gap on the right side that I filled with clear silicone. Compared to our old Grohe faucet, the Eurosmart has a thinner flat handle, lighter narrow pull-out sprayer with bottom toggle button, and heavier braided hose. The Grohe Eurosmart faucet meets my needs, and overall, I'm satisfied with its modern design and function.

Good quality faucet
Had this faucet for many years with no issues. Good quality and good price.

Inadequate water flow as provided
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Did not work well with the brown coupler which was provided. Needs a yellow coupler ordered separately for water flow to be strong enough to use the spray. That was an extra $50+ and several days without an adequate kitchen faucet.

Very nice, easy-to-use kitchen faucet
I've had this faucet only a couple of weeks, but I'm finding it very functional and easy to use. Some reviews faulted the location of the spray button, and having to turn it inward to use the spray, but I am having no problems using it.This Grohe faucet is a replacement for a very sleek and very expensive gooseneck faucet that sprayed water all over my island countertop. This lower-profile faucet is much less messy; the stream of water stays in the sink. So far, I'm very pleased with my decision to swap my old faucet for this one.

Poor quality
I’ve had this thing two or three years and it is not a good product. Third replacement part. After a year the sprayer thing doesn’t work right. I would not buy this again, it seems to be problematic and I’m not handy but next time or next year when this thing breaks again I would buy Koehler or Moen. This faucet sucks! It looks nice but doesn’t perform well. I’ve never had issues with a faucet. Crazy! One year later…I wanted to update my review. I had an issue and called Grohe. What great service. They sent a replacement part, the piece that pulls out and it is excellent. I think the original was flawed or that the plumber didn’t clear the line and got sediment in the new faucet. Whatever this is a great product. My original review is below.I have had mine two days. Had old Moen for 15 years. A plumber installed and also changed the values. At first I thought the water pressure was poor. The plumber agreed and did some things to no avail. After seeing it is 1.75 GPM where other are 1.5 I decided it is just the new standards. Faucets were 2+ Decades ago but it is a shock and I thought it was bad but liked the look and paid the plumber. That might made dinner and washed dishes and pots and it was fine. Quiet and a nice even flow. Today I like it. Slightly less pressure than I’m used to but gets the job done and looks great. I’d recommend it.
