This flaxseed oil Omega-3 supplement is decent, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, you have to take two tablets to get the full 1000mg dose of Omega-3, which isn’t the most convenient—would’ve been great if they had it all in one. Also, I noticed that the plastic shell of the tablets started to melt a bit after a few weeks, which makes them stick together. That being said, the quality of the oil itself seems solid, and it’s a good plant-based option for Omega-3. Just wish these small issues were fixed!
