Surprisingly good!
I was pleasantly surprised by these. They are well-made (so far!), which was a key concern, since I've come across many that were cheap and flimsy. The tea made from these is quite good and well-steeped.My only gripe is that they are slightly longer than the ones I replaced and my motor memory hasn't quite adjusted to this. I'm sure that if they last as long as the ones they replaced, I'll be fully adjusted by then ;)

Wow, perfect and economical...
I'd put off buying one of these for so long because most I'd used in the past were, well, junk. But WOW - these have a very strong clamp mechanism and are perfect! The screen is a smaller mesh than my previous one, so pleased with that as well.Highly recommended!

Good quality, solid, closing mechanism
This is a pretty good quality as a solid mechanism to close, but I do find small particles of tea you go through it

Great product for the price.
Easy to use. Scoops up my dried and crushed Moringa leaves to brew a cup of tea. No having to touch the shredded leaves.

Very Nice!
Love the way these work. Great design and closes and seals nicely. Easy to use my tea leaves in.

holes too big
easy to open and fill with loose tea. yet the mesh holes are big and lots of the tea gets into the water.

Meets every expectation and no micro plastics
With all of the press recently regarding micro plastics and teabags, I decided to buy some quality loose teas. Although I did see some fillable teabags made of paper. I didn’t want to create more trash..I was a bit worried if the mesh would be fine enough on this metal tea strainer. But it’s easy to squeeze the handle and open the strainer ball, easy to keep the strainer ball open while I fill it with the loose tea and then the design closes the 2 halves tightly. The ball is large enough to where I can put either one or 2 tablespoons of looseleaf in the strainer. When I pour the hot water over the strainer, the tea leaves do not come out of the metal strainer nor where the 2 halves connect. If I choose, I can switch the strainer around inside the teacup, and once the tea leaves have steep long enough it’s easy to take out the strainer and throw away the used tea leaves. To clean the strainer it’s easy to keep the 2 halves open and under a stream of water to rinse out any leftover loose tea.So far, I see absolutely no rusting within the strainer or the hinges. There is a little bit of staining on the metal, but using a brush quickly took the stain off the metal.
