Best Glue Ever, 2-Ounce (445616),Clear

UPDATE:My daughter used it while I was out of town. Told you they can’t be trusted! Lol. Alas, I’m buying 2 more bottle right now.To borrow a quote from Han Solo in “The Force Awakens”...It’s all true, all of it.I bought this to use with my nail art -specifically, to apply nail foil designs. Nothing was working as an adhesive on my nail to hold the transfer of the decorative nail foil. Then I came across this glue on Amazon and read the reviews. I figured it was worth a try. And it works! It’s all true!It’s very tacky glue. A little goes a long way. Last night, my daughter was working on a school project and was using a glue stick to lay one sheet of paper on top of a piece of construction paper. The edges kept curling up. So she tried some Elmer’s glue. Same problem. I reluctantly pulled out my secret Best Glue Ever bottle in front of my kids. I made them swear never to touch it, never to even look at it, because it’s Mama’s and it’s a little pricey and hands off. After they were forced to swear it, I added a tiny bit to the corners of her page. Bam! Never curled up again.I’m hoarding it like gold. Kids don’t put stuff away well and woe to anyone who fouls my bottle of this magic glue.

The media could not be loaded. This works good as a permanent fusion, as well as a sticky surface for light projects. It dries clear as you can see on my cork up in the top left corner, and when you use it on a surface without gluing to another object, it turns sticky like a sticky note paper. So now I can work on small objects (jewelry) and set them there and they won’t roll or accidentally get knocked away. The dried glue does not mar or leave residue on objects that you place on it.

It worked well.

Used it to repair a demolished special collectors box of the series "Six Feet Under". Every side was ripped and all the seams had separated. Case had been held together with clear packing tape which I was able to remove without sticking. I applied straight beads of this glue along the seams. It held well enough to do one or two or seams at a time. I'm impatient. Even better results one seam at a time. I also used this glue to repair a glass on wood door in an RV. The old glue let loose and the window fell out. Used the glue and the bead was able to hold the glass almost immediately. Glue stays slightly tacky to the touch months later. Not sticky. Probably could be removed again like rubber cement. Squeeze bottle has a very accurate tip making it easy to put the glue exactly where you want it, and nowhere else. Very easy to use.

Unfortunately, this is the worst glue I've ever had! It is so thick, like it's old. I have to pound it upside down to get the glue to move down the tube and still squeeze the bottle till my hand hurts. It comes out in a thick blob. The next day it's clogged even though I clean the tip. I would have to insert a needle to unclog it. What a mess! I also bought the no-clog writing cap. But no way am I going to put that on. Then I really won't be able to get the glue out!

De hecho me asombro lo bien que le hace honor a su nombre este producto; "Best Glue Ever"! Segui las instrucciones para uso temporero y lo deje secar un poco antes de usar con las aplicaciones para disen~os de un~as y funciono perfecto. Mas tarde cuando se me rompio mi lente de aumento decidi probar que tan bien funcionaba para uso permanente y realmente es resistente, mejor que cualquier otro pegamento que yo haya usado! Yo nunca le doy 5 estrellas a ningun producto, pero este (hasta ahora/1 mes de uso) ciertamente se lo merece!I learn about this product by a youtuber "nail guru" and I decided to buy it because she is very trustworthy and I wasn't dissappointed. In fact I was amazed to see that this product make honor to its name, this really is the "best glue ever"! I followed the instruction(for repositionable uses) & let it dry a bit to use it for nails application & it works real nice. Later on, my magnifying lens broke so I decided to try the glue in a more permanent way and IT WORKS! Better than any glue I have ever use! I never rate a product "5 stars", but this one deserve it!(for now/ 1 month use).

I bought this to glue rhinestones on to some goggles for burning man and also to do nail foils. It worked OK for the nail foil, getting about 90% of the foil on each try but it is not a good choice for burning man or any application that involves high heat, it was about 85 outside and I had rhinestones dripping off of my goggles as the glue liquified from the heat. Admittedly it was kind of a cool effect to be raining rhinestones all day but it wasn't exactly my goal and it created a lot of litter I then had to pick up and get glue all over my fingers.

This is the best glue I have ever tried. I like scotch brand quick-dry, Perfect Paper Adhesive and Beacon 3-in-1, but by far Best Glue Ever is a better product. I has never wrinkled the paper and it holds forever. I live in a humid hot climate and it works wonderfully. I do not however like when it gets on my hands or in places I do not want it to be. It so sticky it's hard to remove. It does dry completely clear which is a plus.
