I've used this for about three weeks. I like the fit in my hand. The case is sturdy and it charges at a decent rate. I especially like the fold out stand. In my opinion, overall, it's a good case.

Keeps phone charged, but while on charging mood phone doesn't work on any app, app either won't load or can't scroll through any app...

Just the worst. The touch screen is unusable while it's plugged in, which defeats the entire purpose of a portable charger. Not at all what is advertised, this is just as time consuming and inconvenient as a wall charger. If you feel the need to remove your entire case, any time you need to access your cell phone, this is what you need. Will attach a video tonight. You have released a product that actively hampers me from calling emergency services, and I'm not confident this would go well in court

Good. Take awhile to charger. But overall it does what it's supposed to.

Took a plane ride with a total time of 32 hours and helped my phone through that and my vacation! 10/10!

Well the product is good but I have massive battery on this phone and it just doesn't keep up with charging it. It dies before my phone is even fully charged so yea I'm on the fence for sure.

Okay, so this isn't the worst case on the planet. It does a good enough job of protection and the battery life relative to the advertised capacity seems accurate. It is also a nifty feature that it has a female USB plug on the side of it so you can charge another USB device off of the extended battery.But the issue with this battery case is that when you plug in to charge it charges the case only. And when you unplug the device from the charger the case turns on and trickle charges your phone to 100%. When your phone gets below 100%, the battery case just keeps it at 100% until the battery case is depleted. And then you're working from a 100% charged phone. In the past I've had battery cases that you could turn the charge function on and off to charge your phone on the fly as needed. That is a much better design. The problem with this design is that if you have a dead phone and a dead battery case then you're tethered to the wall. You essentially have to wait for the case to charge to a comfortable level and then you can walk away while the case charges your phone and depletes the case.To its credit, this case kept my s21 ultra charged at 100% for 2 days. I could barely get through a half day before it. But constantly charging your phone, essentially with this thing does, for 24 hours a day is not good for your long-term battery life. It also keeps you committed to eventual long term wall charges in a pinch.

I like this case for a few reasons:1. I get to charge my phone when it's low.2. I get to watch videos while the case is in kickstand mode.3. I get to charge other things via the case. This one blew my mind.The only thing I'd say is a downside is the charge mAh should be higher, but I'm ignorant to those parameters. Still 5 stars from me.
