im a caretaker and use these for my client who is bed-bound. they are pretty absorbent and comfortable for her. works well for incontinence. if she has a water pill, we do have to use an insert pad though otherwise it go through. at first i didnt know the waist band stretched out but once i did, they fit perfectly for larger hips without digging in the skin. i wish the overnight absorbency onces werent pull ups and had the detachable waist band.

Works better than most others

this worked so well, it hold a lot and doesn't come out the legs. I wish the design for the top was a bit elastic, as it doesn't stay up on the hips. Great value for the money, as one or 2 can last the whole night.

It’s works well and it absorbs one full adult “accident”, depending volume of course. But so far so good.

These are by far and away the most useless diapers for anyone. Despite the reviews saying how easy they are to put on, how well they fit, how well they absorb, they could not have been using these Fit Perfect diapers! Impossible to put on by yourself; tabs to secure are flimsy narrow and worthless, and no way do they fit a size 2X...the video shown on this diapers shows nothing on how to secure it. Incredibly inaccurate description and worthless diaper...calling Amazon now to request refund.

some of the diapers are faulty. The stuffing falls out on some of them. Most of them are okay, but more absorbancy would work better.

This was the brand and size they used in the facility my partner was in. Needs this during this transition period now at home. I did also purchased additional overnight thick liners for overnite use. Additionally I use two disposable chucks on top of the fitted bed sheets of his bariatric hospital bed with two cloth under those disposable items and two cloth chucks under the fitted sheet on top of the water proof mattress cover. No major problems so far. Ps… a briatric hospital bed for home for a 300 lb individual uses a RV size sheet set perfectly or a truck sleeper set too but watch the size carefully. Same dimensions for the waterproof mattress cover. It’s 42 x 80. Fingers crossed
