Q: is this cruelty free?

Hi, At L’Oréal, we care for animal welfare and do not test on animals. We are for a world without animal testing. We have not tested our products on animals since 1989.

Q: If this is loose powder, would adding some alcohol to it make it pressed powder?

Alcohol is not a binding agent so it would not help press the powder. You would need an oil based product that will still allow the powder to glide easily on the skin. Additionally, you would have to be very careful of how much you use because it is easy to make it too much like paste.

Q: Which shades are matte?

Not matte, it's shiny and feels pearl power, not recommended. I dont use it at all..

Q: I canceled this order & have not received a refund

Most, if not all eye shadows, facial products are a final sale, no refund.
