Honest review
I bought it for the wave 3. It should fit any wave even when using the Elgato shock mount and Elgato pop filter l. It has no chemical smell and does it’s job of reducing some sounds. It blocks the mute button for me but that’s not a big deal. For the $9 price it’s worth it.

Inexpensive pop filter solution for Wave:1
This is a very simple way to cut the hiss and pop on your Wave:1 microphone at a fraction of the cost of buying Elgato's pop filter attachment. For some reason I was afraid that the foam cover would be too short or long but it turns out it is a nice snug fit that stops short of touching the mounting screws on each side of the mic.

Nice size, fits well on an average desk.
Sturdy base. Having a taller stand, or adjustable height, would be desirable for many users.

Love this but there’s no way to mute/unmutr
The pop filter makes it so that the mute button at the top of the microphone is out of reach. You’ll have to mute your microphone through the wave software. Other than that it’s cool that it fits.
