This is not refurbished. It is plain used computer, with dents, name labels, permanent marker writes, dirty.

Sooooooooo I was honestly skeptical making this purchase. Too good to be true right?! Good price WITH a warranty plan. Red flags all over. But, my MacBook came in really good condition NO scratches literally not a single one. I was really shocked based on the reviews online. I was thinking I’d order it take a look if it’s no good id just send it right back. But so far almost a month in and I’m pleased with my purchase. The warranty I purchased with it was a good deal covers accidents which was important to me because you never know. I honestly think since these are used/refurbished sometimes what they have available at the time of your order may be not the best one available. If you’re able to shoot your shot and see what you get go for it. I’d it doesn’t work out for you send it back within 30days. Maybe try requesting a different one instead of writing them off completely. I will say that I did A LOT of research before purchasing it. I contacted amazon to confirm details of the product and the warranty. Making sure everything was worth it for me before giving up my money. It was so I bought it. I’m currently happy. If things change in the coming days I’ll update.

I recieved the OLDEST AIR MODEL!! NOT WHAT IS PICTURED! DO.NOT.BUY. CAME WITH BIG DENT ON FRONT LEFT OF THE CURSOR, CAME LOCKED!!!!!!!! HAD TO COMPLETELY WIPE THE THING OUT AND IT TOOK 12 HOURS AND THEN, THE KEYBOARD HAD STICKERS ALL OVER IT FOR ANOTHER LANGUAGE THAT I HAD TO RIP OFF THAT LEFT THE KEYS STICKY. DO NOT BUY THIS. WAY OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT. I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

I was a bit nervous initially bc of the reviews, but knowing that i could send it right back if it was horrible i took a chance. So far so good, it pretty much looks brand new. I’m glad i purchased and i will write another review in about a month to let everyone know more details. No complaints as of now. It’s perfect 👌🏾

Everything is good , arrived sooner then it was supposed to. And everything in good condition so far. I got it for my daughter she loves it only thing is it’s not touch screen , i don’t care for it much because she’s 4 so it not being touch screen is fine we’ll from what i know it’s not unless i have to set that part up in settings or something. But overall satisfied customer if anything changes i will come back to edit my review.

If I could give this less stars, I would. I've had this computer for a little over a month now and was working great. I tried to run the recommended update on it...and it crapped out. After running some diagnostics, it turns out that the hard drive is trash. My computer looked great on the outside. It did come in a size smaller than what was advertised which is also unethical...but selling a computer with a hard drive on the verge of death is the kicker. Don't buy this...

I was SUPER skeptical buying this cuz there were some very bad reviews, but I knew if it sucks I can just return it. I received my computer today, it has no major dents or scratches, the screen is in great condition, it’s charging fine, it has the right amount of GB that I ordered, and it’s the right model. This is a great buy in my opinion. If any problems occur I will update this review.

This is my replacement for my MBP from around the same time. Cosmetically it looks great, the keyboard still has pop to it with no fading. My only issue is the wear on the battery, I chalk it up to age though.

Anybody saying that this is a good product for the price is lying to you. For approximately the same price you can get an earlier model (2015/2017 from other companies). But you’re getting a 2011 model that’s dented and in bad shape. If you’re like me, there will be an account already opened in a computer you’d expect to be at least factory reset. Oh and the battery isn’t even charged to a minimum. And that’s only a few problem with the computer itself. The company is terrible at handling refunds and asked over and over the same questions. Terrible service. Terrible product. Waste of money.

If you buy new, you get all the bells and whistles. This Mac had all the bells and a couple of whistles. For the money, it was a great buy!

If you are thinking of buying it. Buy it. It works it’s amazing Minimal scratches you won’t even find the scratches even if you look for them . Has a nice feel to it. And charger look brand new. Absolutely go for it. 👍🏽

Llegó golpeada de la parte de atrás, cuando la prendí prendió bien pero tenían una cuenta de test que no deja remover. No tenía ni 30 min que llegó y la prendí para ver cómo funciona la computadora y se calentó horrible, en tan poquito tiempo no me imagino si la tengo que usar por más de dos horas como se pondrá de hirviendo. Quiero mi reembolso por favor.
