In my opinion, these towlettes are sufficiently moist and clean your face without leaving a soapy residue feeling. I use them to clean my whole face, and I don't wear a lot of eye makeup.However, my daughter, who uses them primarily for eye makeup removal, says they are not moist enough and feel rough on the eye area.I'm not a fake profile, nor have I been compensated for any reviews...in fact, the reason I take the time to review purchases when I can is due to the fact that I find other honest reviews helpful and am tired of all the fake reviews that have polluted this site. In my opinion, these are very nice wipes but honestly not my first choice. The scent is nice and they don’t dry your face out, but I buy different ones for myself personally.The reason I am giving them 5 stars is because my boyfriend LOVES these things. He has tried other wipes when these run out and he always goes back to these. He said he likes the smell and he feels like they clean really well. He is a blacksmith and tends to get pretty grimy and sweaty and he says these do the best job of cleaning without being drying. He said they stay wet and last a long time and the size of the wipes is great.

I use these immediately after BJJ classes to kill bacteria/prevent breakouts on my face before driving home/showering. It helps a lot to prevent/reduce breakouts. I get cystic acne and there is also the potential to be exposed to ring worm or staph infections with contact sports...these have helped me keep my skin safe. =)

Bought these for my son to clean his face before bed. These are very helpful for acne, easy to use, and overall a great product.

I’ve used these wipes for years and loved them. Unfortunately, the last pack of wipes caused a bad rash around my eyes. When I followed with face lotion after the wipes the lotion would sting. I know it wasn’t the lotion/cream because I tried several and they all stung except for one with aloe. The rash became crusty and only cleared up when I stopped using the wipes (took two weeks though). I’ve given a two star instead of a one because I still use the wipes on the rest of my face. Not sure what I’ll do when I’ve used these wipes up though. Maybe the quantity of some ingredients increased that made them too strong.
