Q: What size light bulb does this use?

It doesn't use a bulb, it is an electric warmer that plugs into an outlet. It is gorgeous, but as I stated in my review, has a design flaw... a lip on the bottom of the bowl that prevents the bowl from being in complete contact with the warming surface. This prevents the bowl from getting hot enough to melt most forms of wax (tarts, soft cube wax, etc.). This exact warmer was being sold at the place I order my scented wax from online... until they realized the very problem I have mentioned, and promptly stopped selling it.

Q: Mine was working great and then seems to have stopped. Should I replace the wax or return the whole thing?

Did it stop melting the wax, or just stop having fragrance. If the fragrance has run out, just replace the wax. If the wax is not warming, you'll probably want to replace it.

Q: Can you burn incense resin in this unit?

I have only used my warmer to heat soy-based fragrances.
