Got this to go with one of the gel-based new tech mattresses on Amazon, so that the net height of the mattress and the frame would come up to where our iron-age boxspring and pillow-top mattress used to. The con list seems long, but I am probably just wordy and want you to know stuff about this frame. Despite that, it IS absolutely worth the assembly angst.ConsDirections are a bit sparse, there are many many steps, and you have to interpolate the diagrams quite a bit to get it right. Even then it is inevitable that you will have a few parts assembled only to find out later when you have to put something else on further down the road, that you have to disassemble something because an 'only-now' obvious mechanical imperative is apparent. You may need some tools although if everything goes perfectly for you. you might get away with just the very useful gizmos they give you (we had some trouble with one or two fittings so extra tools were helpful).ProsHad all the parts, and comes with one or two extra bits of hardware which can come in handy *definitely did for us! Useful and efficient-to-use gizmos so you might get away with no tools at all.Stong, good wieght capacity, but relatively light, durable, attractive in its minimalist simplicity. Dimensions as advertised.A bit of a pain in the neck to put together even with a helper, but so pleasing and strong, I would definitely get it again (and curse for hours as I put it together, but, I definitely would choose it first). Good value.

The frame is well made. The parts fit well. The assembly is easy if a bit more time consuming (so many screws!) than anticipated. The end result is a surprisingly stable, pretty bed frame.

This was incredibly easy to put together! Everything actually lined up with simple instructions. The frame is solid, heavy-ish (not cheap feeling) and looks nice. My only suggestion is to have the hardware the same color as the frame. (silver and the fram is white) Kudos to the engineers that designed this!!

It was easy to follow directions for putting together. Very solid. And attractive.The only thing I don't like is the mattress slides around on the top of it because there is no lip to hold it on the bed. That would have made a 5 star so I had to go with 4. The mattress was a bed in a box. So a regular mattress may not slide.

Easy to build nice height with or without a box spring. I do wish the headboard was taller. Fast shipping easy to put together but 2 together in 30 minutes. Sturdy my kids have jumped and hung all over them for a month now still strong.

This frame is light weight, and easy to put together. The instructions are pictures that show the numbered parts that you need. It says that two people can put it together in an hour. It won't take that long. I did it by myself in an hour and half. I'm a small adult who weighs about 100 lbs., so the bed will easily support me. This would be a good frame for children as well. I don't know that I would use for teens or children who can sometimes be rough on furniture. I'm happy with it. It would be great for a spare room and guest.

Got this for my sister when she got a new apartment. It took me about 30 minutes to set up by myself. Directions are very easy to understand and follow. All necessary hardware is included, even the screwdriver. Bed is super supportive and makes no sounds. Bed is lightweight and easy to move around. A little over a foot of space under the bed. No box spring is required. My sister says she sleeps really well on it! No complaints!!!!! Great purchase!

This took less than a day to build. It was not the easiest thing I've ever put together, but it was not insurmountable for one person either. The instructions recommend two people put this together. It was a bit of a work out -- of course, I could have gone slower or not decided to get it all done at once.It is a good-looking bed frame and the material is strong. However, the issue with this frame is the sturdiness. There are some screws/nuts in the middle area of the bed frame that hardly fasten together at all. The sizing is off (parts C and F in Step 3 are the problem parts if I want to be more clear). The frame in the middle, therefore, is not in a horizontal position fully. Some screws in the middle do screw fully. It makes me a little fearful that I am not safe on my bed. The headboard and footboard structures easily move side-to-side (in an angling way). They touch the ground and are supports/foundational for the frame -- they are supposed to be vertical, but a little pull or push and they are not vertical. It also makes me a little fearful that I am not safe on my bed. It has not collapsed. I sleep on it, but not with complete peace and I feel like I have to be very delicate with it. The seller gave me a refund.By the way, the middle part of the bed not being completely horizontal has not seemed to affect the mattress tilting in any problematic or, really, noticeable way. The one end of the middle of the structure tilts down and the other end of the middle of the structure tilts down. To get a clearer idea, I suppose that you could buy it and build it yourself. Still grateful to have this.

It’s easy to put up together and lighter compared to the ikea bed. It’s reasonable priced. Looks nice in the guest suite.

I wish I could give this product 7 stars. We had a family bonding time with the kids setting it up. It was like working on a fun jigsaw puzzle with the instructions as a guide. The end product was a very solid bed frame. No squeaks. One of the negative reviews mentioned that the holes were not aligned. We ran into the same issue but realized we were fixing the wrong ends. So we swapped the ends and it was resolved. The manufacturers also included extra screws so we had enough for the installation. Great product great price.

This is the second of this bed frame that I have purchased. Simple to assemble, tools and hardware included. Light weight and easy to move. If ever needed, will buy again.
