A must have napping toddler mat!
Comfortable and durable this bed is out of this world for Lil space adventurers. This eye catching material stands up beautifully to weekly washings and daily use.So convenient to have a comfortable blanket, pillow, and mat in one, and is cleverly designed well enough that it keeps a child warm, with a blanket wide and long enough for most toddlers, as well as a plush pillow to provide relaxing support for the head and neck.My son uses this nap mat, not only at daycare, but also when we travel. It is a wonderful item to throw in the back of the van and know, not matter where we are, if our Lil guy is sleepy, we can just roll it out and he has a comfortable and warm place to take his nap!

A great solution for your little one's daycare sleep time...
While we were in the process of enrolling our son into daycare, they showed us this product and told us that we needed to get one for his use during naptime on their cot. We went with their suggestion, selected a style and placed our order. The fabric on the Olive Kids Wild Animals Nap Mat isn't very soft, but it isn't course. The amount of filling could be compared to a light sleeping bag, which is fine if the sleeping environment isn't terribly cold. There is a small pillow that can be removed and is enough for a child to sleep on. We have owned our nap mat for almost 2 years and has had at least 3 days a week of use. It has been washed since owning it and it has held up well (see associated pictures taken after a recent wash). When we initially received the order, we took it out of the packaging, gave it a once over and placed it down on the floor for our little one to check out. We did lay him down on it and covered him, which he quickly got out of it, stood up, looked it over and checked it out. He did spend a couple of hours over a day or two getting familiarized with the nap mat before we took it to daycare the first time, as we wanted to make him feel that he had something from home for naptime.Based on what we found out when we picked him up after his first day, he had no problem going down for his nap and easily went into his nap mat.If you're looking for some form of frequently used sleeping solution for your little one, that can be easily stored, then this Olive Kids Nap Mat is definitely a good solution. This could be used on either the floor or on some form of surface, like a close to the ground cot.If you found this review "Helpful", please click the button below.

Perfect adorable nap mat *update*
Update: this mat went through two kids in daycare and then I passed it on to a friend for their kid. The wildkin mats are built sturdy and nice soft cotton and flannel! Still reccommend.Adorable nap mat. My 2.5 year old is 37 inches and fits perfectly and naps very well at daycare on this at. My child loves the zoo print and also loves that she can carry it in to school herself by the carry handle! For reference she uses it on a cot and it is plenty fluffy and comfy. It washes well when following the instructions. I remove the pillow, use delicate cycle wash, and low heat in the dryer and it comes out good as new. I would say that you may want something more substantial if your daycare doesn't provide a cot and nap time is on a hard cold floor.

It is thick and nice
I love Walkin nap mat and have another one too but this one the color fadded after few washes but that does not take away the fact that the thickness remained as new and my boy loves it. I would still recommend Walking Original Nap mat.

Not disappointed at all
I purchased this for my 2.5 year-old son to use for nap time at his preschool. I was skeptical that he would use it as he has never used a nap mat before, but he loves it! He immediately fell in love with it when we took it out of the box. We unrolled it, and he practiced "napping" (and snoring!) in it. My son is big for his age, and he has plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable, but it is still snug and cozy. He can easily carry it using the shoulder strap when it is rolled up. His four-year-old big brother tried to take it over because he thought it looked pretty cool too. So, this nap mat gets points for being something that my son thinks is really neat while serving a functional purpose. From an adult perspective, the print is adorable. I had my son's monogrammed with his name at a local store, and it made it that much more special. As far as construction goes, it is made well, although I don't anticipate getting more than one school year of use out of it. I love that you can remove the pillow for washing. I wash the nap mat in our front-loading washing machine on the delicate cycle in cold water only. I then fold it the way it should look when unrolled and allow it to air dry on a drying rack. If I wash the nap mat in the evening, it is dry by the next morning. I would not recommend putting the nap mat in the dryer as I think it will shorten the lifespan.

Cozy and perfect length!
The nap mat is cozy, has enough cushion, perfect for my 4 year old. Really easy to wash and roll up.

Helped My Daughter Adjust to New Preschool and Schedule
I got this when my 2.5-year-old started preschool, and had a completely new nap situation with new kids, new room, new teacher. The night before her first full day we practiced unrolling and re-rolling and getting into this mat. Super easy! She was SO excited about the planets design and loved hiding under the blanket and lying on the little pillow with her stuffed animal. The next day we popped it on the stroller with its carrying strap and had to convince her to WAIT to unroll it for her nap at 9am. She didn't sleep the first day but climbed right in and rested quietly with her eyes shut for a long time. That night and the following morning, she asked for her sleep sack. It was still at school and when she returned the next day, she took a wonderfully long snooze in it. I am so grateful to have found this option. She never sleeps this well at daycare anymore!
