I absolutely love this thing. It works AMAZING. You can turn off and leave left over wax in there too for later. Holds so much wax (: heats well for my soy wax at 165 which in reality is 180

We trust that they do quality control before shipping so we ordered all the way from the Philippines but apparently not. We waited 3 months to received it only to find out that the BOARD IS DEFECTIVE so it is not working at all. We raised this issue to them and waited months for a replacement board but CSR shared that it is in back order and can't guarantee when it will be available. Refund is not possible also because it is only available within 48hrs upon delivery to our US address then travelled 3 more months before it reached PH. What a waste of time and money!

I don't like the fact you have to buy the grain basket and other accessories separately what is called the upgrade kit. I use it for brewing beer

I absolutely love this it works great for what I want it to do.

After ~10 beer batches there is nothing to complain about. Except that water boils in this pot at 206F instead of 212F :) And this is in WI, not Himalayas

I brew beer and was very excited to get this product. I was tired of the mess and hassle of using my turkey fryer to boil the wort. Twice now I have tried to use this product to boil the wort and both times I was disappointed because I could never get to a rolling boil. I am very disappointed and wish I could return my money back.This shouldn't be called DigiBoil ... maybe DigiPrettyHot

Defective right out of the box and never worked. Had E2 and E3 errors constantly. Claims there is a 1 year warranty but I have another one that was purchased 8 months ago that stopped working and they will not resolve my issue. These are not worth the trouble. They only last a few months, if you get one that is not defective out of the box. Unable to change from C to F temperatures, and does not hold temperature. And always runs about 15 degrees hotter than it's supposed to.

I purchased a Digiboil from their site and out of the box it thru an E3 error. Customer Service has been terrible. They do not respond- or if they do, they drag you along and will not replace the item. Do not do business with them. You will lose money and valuable time.
