They worked.
Arrived on time and so far they seem to work, I still have to use couple of different methods besides the candles to keep mosquitos away, but every little thing helps.

Fulfills intended purpose
There is no real reason not to give this five stars. It arrived quickly and exactly as described. I've gone through about a dozen of them combating no-see-ums in the evenings. They work well, though it is not the solution I was looking for (I still get bit, but not from mosquitoes!). I will say that you can expect about 4 or so hours per tea candle with an overhead fan set on low. In a still setting that might extend to 4 1/2-5 (at the most). For the price, the product, small still spaces, this is 5 stars.

Nice search, Janella votives
I love these citronella votive candles. They work wonderful and they’re so easy to use and they’re very lovely. Good price.

Not real effective
Used to keep seasonal midges (lake flies) from resting in bushes near house. Needed 3 per bush, didn't keep them all away, candles blew out with mild wind, and they lasted maybe 2-3 hours. Kind of a waste for my purpose, wouldn't buy again.
