Why does the product title say 100% cotton when the specifics say its a cotton/poly blend? which is it?

The ones I received were a 50/50 blend not suitable for wiping and not absorbent enough for what I bought them for. I have found most vendors say cotton but try to supply a high poly blend. not the same .I have a local supplier that furnishes 100% thick cotton wipers for the dairy industry. They work very well in my wood shop.

Are these cotton or poly? The description is contradictory and some reviews seem to confirm that not all of these are 100% cotton.
