It's simple to use
So far I am happy with this product.....It seems to be sturdy and does what I expected

Not durable but it does work
It was perfect until i realized how easy it was for it to break and when the strings broke it was impossible to put together. I thought it would be more durable BUT...... My grip/Forearm strength increased over a 3 month period and it made lifting easier for me and my clients.

I like the finger grips in order to squeeze and not have a painfull time squeezing

Don't bother
If you're interested in this item, that means that you have a weak hand. The springs are far too strong when trying to exercise your fingers. I couldn't get them to budge making this thing useless. Also the rings are too small for medium sized adult fingers. Nice idea, very poor execution.

Works well for strength training
The adjustable thumb screw is nice for adjusting to different sized hands (my wife and I can both use it). It would be nice if there was a way to adjust the tension of the various bands.
