Micargi Rover 7-speed Retro 26" Beach Cruiser Bike for men Schwinn Nirve Firmstrong Style DB

This bicycle is not Navy/ dark blue. Its black! The pic on the list is misleading. See attached pic. I'm very dissatisfied with this whole deal!

I've owned this Rover for 3 years now; I love the looks and the easy relaxed riding position. It actually comes with a comfortable seat! There are several thumbs-down though: 1: Chinese build quality. 2: When you receive the bike for "minor assembly required", you will find that every single piece on the bike was plastic shrink-wrapped and then assembled at the factory. This means that you've got plastic trapped between every 2 metal parts of the bike, so you have to disassemble it even further to get rid of that trash. 3: The kickstand assy. may as well have been made out of cardboard :( You will find one day that your Micargi has crashed to the ground because the kickstand decided to fold FORWARD :( and, 4: Adjust the gears and the brakes all you want... they will be happy for a mile before the brakes grab or the gears chatter (again!). If you go on the Micargi bicycles website, you immediately get thrown into an (undesireable) Chip Foose movie promo... and all you're trying to do is just find some parts... but there's not any "parts" link on their page (WTF?!) I would explore other manufacturers before purchasing another Micargi. The "Idea" here is right, but it's the Chinese build quality that makes it come out all wrong. It's like buying a Corvette in the 1980's: so beautiful, so fast... and such shoddy construction.
