It fits the E3 MP3 player as it should. I apply the clip to the outer part of my pocket but sometimes it falls out when cycling. The Sansa and another clipped mp3 player never had this problem (when I clipped to the same place of my pants).

This one is ugly.It should have been included in the mp3 package for free.Even simpler solution? just add a clip on the backside of the mp3 player.What are you thinking COWON?
