OXOGG PREP AND GO CONTAINER SET - 20PC

I love Oxo products, and when looking for a container set for lunches, found this set. It has numerous sizes and types of containers, all of which are designed to stack easily for storage. The gasket on each container is great, and while I can't document whether it is actually leak proof, I would guess it would be based on how well the lids shut. They are sturdy containers, and, based on other Oxo products, will probably last a long time. They actually remind me of old school Tupperware, in terms of design and durability.

This is a really cool set of containers! First, the lids are VERY tight...they lock on well, and don't come off even when dropped on the floor (which I do more than I'd like to admit). They're meant for lunch/meal prep, and when we return to in-person work I'm sure I'll use them that way. However, they're pretty great for general storage, especially with leftovers, because they accommodate smaller amounts of food than many containers (often we just have one or two servings left...even the smaller Rubbermaid containers can be overkill, and take up too much room in the refrigerator). The condiment containers are great for leftover tartar/cocktail sauce, and the container with the strainer is great for items that get mushy (like tomatoes). They really have helped reduce food waste in my house, something with which I'm particularly concerned. They don't stack particularly well...they take up some space in my cabinets...but there are so many different sizes/shapes that I didn't really expect them to stack. They are quite substantial, do well in the microwave and dishwasher, and clean up easily (even spaghetti sauce didn't stain one, which I think is a first for me). I would definitely order these again, and I look forward to using them for their intended purpose (the salad bowl with the protein plate on top is genius) once we get back to working in person again.

We're fans of OXO products in my house, and it wasn't a surprise that we love this 20-piece set of food storage containers. Although expensive, this set packs a lot of value, and we've been using it non-stop for school and work lunches.One of our family priorities is sending our kids with healthy lunches every day that minimizes plastic and waste. We were using wax paper bags to send sandwiches in our kids' lunchboxes but that still generated daily waste. This set is much better and will get years of use before it needs replacement.The product page already does a great job laying out what you're getting in this set, but I suggest looking at the photo showing each container and the number you're receiving. My family could use another 2-cup divided container rather than three condiment storage containers. So, in that sense, the value of this product will vary based on individual needs.On the other hand, each container is well made, easy to clean, and leakproof. I habitually throw my lunch in my commuter backpack and hate it when my lunch leaks. I've experienced zero leaks with these containers.My wife especially likes that the 2-cup divided container and 3.3-cup container fit inside our kids' lunchboxes! It's super handy to have everything they need (minus snacks) inside their lunchboxes.Excellent food storage set! Recommended.

I really like this container set by OXO. They're best for lunches or leftovers and range from tiny containers perfect for salad dressing or catsup to containers that will hold a lunch-sized serving of potato salad or baked beans. There's a smallish container with a colander that I particularly like -- currently I'm taking it out to the garden once a day to fill with cherry tomatoes. I rinse them in the same container before snacking on them.Last night, we had fried chicken and I put the leftover chicken in one container and used the divided container to hold leftover vegetables and potatoes. There are larger containers, too. I put leftover spaghetti in the biggest and was afraid it was a mistake -- it took a lot of scrubbing to get the scent of marinara sauce out, but fortunately, it did come clean. This large container is labeled for salads, and I've used it for that, too. It's great for tossing a salad with dressing. After that, I kept it sealed and put it in the freezer for five or ten minutes so it was nice and chilly when served.The lids stay on and seal very well. As long as you keep in mind that these are not meant for the microwave, they'll serve you very well!

I really liked these containers at first. However, after about 25-30 days of consistent use, dishwashing them all the time, the containers started to permanently absorb food and stain. I've tried everything to get the stains out, and nothing works (dish soap, multiple dishwashings, vinegar, baking soda, and even bleach). This is happening to all 40 of the containers I had ordered. Despite the convenience of these containers, I can't justify their price given their poor short-term performance. I will be trying Rubbermaid's clear Brilliance container line next.

My wife and I try to eat food prepared at home as much as possible, both to save money and to eat food that is more healthy. But all of the good containers we had were glass, which are easy to break if you are taking them to the office each day (Not to mention heavy). So I ordered this 20-piece meal prep set from Oxo to make it easier for us to take our lunch with us. The set has enough containers for us to share them, and there are even 2 condiment containers included. These are perfect for salad dressing, dipping sauces, ketchup, etc. This set was exactly what we needed. Now we only use our glass containers for storing leftovers in our refrigerator.

Sturdy, durable set. Lids lock on secure and keep food fresh. Not much more you can ask for. Nice variety of sizes too.
