I have knee instability issues due to years of running and tennis and get occassional knee pain when i am not careful with my form during exercises. I recently added lunges, squats and leg presses to my routine to strengthen my legs and provide stability to my knees. Being padded, i can use them when i have to sit on my knees too much doing random stuff like assembling furniture.5. Provide immediate warmth to the knees, which again reduces the chances of injuries.6. Do not restrict movement.The kineseology tape that came with the bundle is just ok - it doesnt stay on for more than a day. I absolutely LOVE these Knee Sleeves! I have been dealing with a knee injury on my right knee from Hyperextending it and was in so much pain during my workouts that I was close to calling it quits for a while. When these arrived I put them on and did a kickboxing workout and my knees felt perfectly stable and secure throughout. They fit very snugly at the knee. The only downside is that the stitching at the top and bottom is not flexible, which probably prevents them from rolling down, but it also makes it very tight in those areas. It would be better if the sizing included measurements for the calf and thigh as well as the knee since most people who would be using these would usually be well developed in those areas. The sleeves are made of a thick Neoprene so be prepared to sweat. I love the inspiration of the saying on the bag and am happy to wear it anywhere to inspire others as well. I use it to keep not only the sleeves but the tape, my wrist wraps, a microfiber towel, and my water bottle. The tape is a must have for any athlete. I am always looking for a great knee compression since I have knee injuries from high school. I’m starting to get back into workouts since I want to lose 20lbs. My husband also has knee problems, and luck for us, we’re the same size. I did a light jog and it worked great. My knee did not bother me and I was able to work out longer than I originally expected. My husband has used it a couple of times now and it has helped him with knee pressure. He’s able to jumping exercises for longer than usual without feeling major pain.
