This is great cake flour
I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this flour. I usually use Soft as Silk, but it is hard to find. I am impressed with this flour. The fact that I could get it in a five pound bag is great. The flour makes a good cake with a nice texture. I’ve made two cakes with this flour and expect to get at least two more out of the package. This is some great flour!

Busted bag upon delivery
Expensive for poor quality. Amazon refunded my money, not the seller, since there is a no return police on flour. I had to throw away.Did not use, I would not recommend & not buy again

The bag of Flour is broken upon receipt, unsafe to use.
The bag of flour was ripped, and was placed in a plastic bag that’s also ripped. This is not safe for me to use, it could’ve been tampered.

Don’t waste your money. Like other purchasers, I received a completely busted bag and was not able to return it because it was a food item.

Arrived Open! No refund/replacement!!
The media could not be loaded. The product arrived, open and damaged. I am not sure how the flour is. However, I am certain the replacement I return policy is trash!
