I read the reviews on many compression shirts. I decided to purchase this one. I followed the guidance of many of the reviews about buying one size higher. So I did. I'm about 5'10". 182 lbs. I have small man boobs and a small tummy. I bought the XL. I wore this for a wedding two years ago. I like the tight feeling. I like how it pushes on all abdominal sides and compressed my small man boobs. I felt like a rich man! Me and my compressed undershirt, my new black suit, my long sleeve shirt and a vest. It was comfortable enough where I was able to sit down, eat, and dance.

If you are on the fence about getting this, because you are not sure if it will work, let me assure you that it does indeed work. I need to lose about 20 pounds, mostly in my mid region and let me just tell you this shirt did a fantastic job of hiding it all underneath my dress shirt. I was most concerned about how it would feel wearing it for hours. But much to my surprise it actually felt really good. The material is comfortable and surprisingly feels cool against the skin. I literally wore this for about eight hours without any discomfort. Trust me when I say, I am a very critical person. When it comes to my purchases, I have returned my fair share of unsatisfied products. But this is not one of those products.

I would buy a size up if I were you. This sucker is tight! But it works well. Have worn it to a couple of meetings, but started exercising again, so I don’t need it. 😄

I have purchased several items just like this from other venders and they all fit just about the same. I usually purchase a large (L). This item is different. It runs very small compared to the others I have ordered. I’m not even sure if an extra large (XL) would fit using this brand. The material is very thick and stretches very little.

I bought this for my partner to see if it might help him feel more confident in his clothes during the holiday season and all of the events we had planned. Unfortunately, not only was the material uncomfortable, it was also at LEAST 2 sizes too small (despite using the sizing guide to purchase for him) and even if it wasn’t too small, we could tell that the compression/overall design would have made it truly impossible to flatter the different parts of his body that the item was advertised to help smooth out. He has gynecomastia, and therefore an item like this would ideally provide *COMFORTABLE* compression especially in the chest and stomach areas. TLDR—it’s a no from us. We also tried 4 other brands on Amazon, and even though they had good reviews, we did not find one we liked or that fit well and comfortably. :(

One of the best purchases this year! It is tricky to put on and even harder to take off, but the result pays off. The slimming effect gets you half a size down. It pulls everything you need to remove and gets you to look crisp! I was wearing the whole day in the office with no problem. Thdoesn'toesn't get pulled off as other brands do.
