The product is pathetic as the hot water is sprinkling out and I saved myself from getting burnt where in I followed all the instructions and also the water level was maintained too. I had the same machine before but of different company and that worked really well for about 3 years but this in first time itself the hot water started coming out of the nozzle. And also there is no return policy. So be prepared to waste your money and they don't have a contact number too where we can report the fault and they don't even exchange

Its looks good as far as working is concerned but the colour is very loud..anyways we are more concerned about its workability...the right reviews will be posted after i use it for a month...but its easy to use and good steam for both face and clothes

It's not giving proper steam and just thronging out hot water which is risky as well. Now return is also not possible so just through it in store room.
