Update: I was refunded through Amazon for the damaged Playpen and I did not need to return it (huge hassle wuth two kids under 3). I contacted the seller and they were able to give me the same coupon for $10 off (which I got the first time). The new pen came 2 days earlier then expected and is awesome!! The mat is very comfortable. My two boys love the balls that come with it. Easy to set up and seems very durable and safe. Overall, very happy with this pen!!I was so excited about this play yard. I was checking tracking all day to make sure I could put it together as soon as it arrived for my little guy. Unfortunately, when I unrolled the fabric part of the play yard, I noticed a flap covered in spot of what appears to be mold. I also found spots underneath the fabric. I obviously can not use this with my baby and have to go through the trouble of returning and getting a replacement. I am so upset.

This is the best or all purchase I have made With twin so far I have 6 month old twins who are rolling all over the place and getting ready to take off this has been a great way to contain all of their little toys and themselves.I will say one of the sides did get damaged The plastic connector piece.It is really not meant for a toddler to pull himself up on As ours broke when our toddler pulled himself up using it but I contacted the seller and they were very quick quick to respond and send out and send out any and all pieces that we needed to replace the Connectors.

We absolutely love our new play yard! It is so big that our 10 month old daughter has plenty of room to crawl and scoot around. The pull up loops are perfect for helping her learn to stand and the sides are very sturdy for when she pushes against them. The mat is just the right size to soften the floor since we have hardwoods. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a little one that loves to get into what they shouldn't, its perfect to contain little ones but still lets them feel like they have a lot of open space to roam and play!

My only complaint is that on one part, the zipper on the outside was coming off a bit when we got the package. It was pretty minor though and doesn't make a difference so it wasn't worth replacing. Otherwise it's great. We've had it for a couple of months or so. It was simple enough to put up and stayed in place on our wood floor. The mat doesn't go 100% end-to-end length-wise and seems a little thin but my baby has been fine whenever she's fallen, and we moved the playpen into a carpeted room after a few weeks so it's even better. It's really sturdy and she has plenty of room to crawl around, and it's helping her learn to stand and balance.

The media could not be loaded. This was such a great buy!!! Fits perfect in The room thanks to the great description. The mat fits perfectly on the inside no gaps. Easy to put together, would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking to have a safe or fun place to put their baby. I can now go to the bathroom without having to worry about where he’s crawling too. Definitely worth the money and it’s super durable the little balls are very soft and baby loves to play with them. Took me roughly 15 minutes to put it together very fast. Instructions were clear and direct. The pull up loops are also a great toy! So in the end can’t say nothing bad about this item

Absolutely loved this thing for about a month. The size os just right for my 1 year old to have room to play without having to run after him all day. About a month in my 25 pound lil guy cracked the connecting joints one by one. They are made with very thin plastic. I contacted the company of I can purchase replacements and they responded 3 weeks later asking for me address to ship them to me. Over 2 month later..... Nothing. I have contacted them after with no response. Great idea but the company does not stand by its product.

This play yard is perfect to keep my baby safe and entertained in! It came with the mat, balls, and pull up rings. The mat is thin so I made sure to set it up on top of my living room carpet which made it safe for when my six month old falls forward for backward as she is still learning how to sit up. You could always place a blanket or pillow to create a softer landing if needed. This is a large play yard so I suggest placing it in a room that you don’t mind taking up space in! It took around 30 minutes to set up and the video instructions were very helpful. Definitely my favorite product that will last for a long time!

The instructions for assembly are a joke, but it's easy enough to figure out with some trial/error. Good value, and is very sturdy.- Smallest poles are for the height- Medium poles are for the width (short side)- Large poles are for the length (long side)- Corner pieces (ones with suction cups are for the bottom corners)
