Marzipan from The Swiss Colony

When you tell people you're eating marzipans they look at you with that funny look. What they don't realize is that this is an old European treat that is fantastic. Very sweet and it reminds you of the old times when you walk out into the woods and get a Christmas tree, then come home and the house smells like a bakery. Those were the days. So enjoy some of the old time candy and bring back those memories, I sound like a commercial. Enjoy.

These were a holiday gift for my grandkids and one loved all, the other just a certain color although they all taste the same.

Not everyone enjoys marzipan. Me and my youngest daughter loved getting our annual package sent by my (late) mother. We looked forward to it each year during the holidays. I'm happy to be able to keep that tradition alive with my daughter and family. Lots of very fond associations!

Marzipan was very well packed and arrived undamaged. The taste is great because they were not very sweet.

This product was used as a Christmas gift. It arrived promptly and in good shape. The recipients of the gift were very pleased. Would order from this establishment again.

I bought the Marzipan for a German friend who loves marzipan and knows this product well. It was all very stale. The taste was also bad. The appearance of some of them was atrocious. My friend refused to eat any more after trying one or two. This being intended as a Christmas gift, I am terribly embarrassed. You ought to give me back my money.

Pros: Tastes great, nice packaging.Cons: They are about half the size of any Marzipan I’ve ever seen.
